Rob Levin
Rob brings over 20 years of executive recruiting and leadership assessment experience in pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations.
Prior to founding TGI Talent, Rob built and led the global executive talent acquisition function at a major rare disease biotech company, delivering a 98% retention rate on executive placements.
His experience spans executive search, succession planning, leadership development, and talent strategy during periods of high growth and transformation.
